There are at least 14 different activities in each Brilliant Box to facilitate hands on learning various different learning styles. We make learning fun! Brilliant Boxes are a great resource to have on hand for plane trips, cafes and camping trips. Any time you want to keep little fingers busy! Find out more in our online shop.

‘Brilliant Boxes’ – put together with care, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Nothing is overlooked. Instructions are easy to follow, the materials are high quality and everything is labelled so you know exactly what goes with what. The activities (7 Maths and 7 English) are fun, exciting, hands on and most importantly relevant. Miss M and I absolutely loved spending time together working through her Preschool Brilliant Box. It was just ideal for where she’s at with her learning right now. She kept wanting to do “just one more” activity 🙂

There are so many reasons these boxes are a brilliant educational resource:
Each box contains many different activities, I’ve only mentioned a few. You don’t have to do them all at once.
Everything you need for the activities is included other than things you will already have. Having said that we also received a calculator, some pegs and measuring tape, all of which we have at home, but it’s nice to have it all there ready to go. There’s very little prep involved, if at all which helps the flow.
The children could not only work at their own pace, but they were eager to get through the activities so they could move on to the next, and the next!
I love the way the Brilliant Boxes are presented to the child. Their name is on the front of the box and inside it’s wrapped like a gift. Enchanting and exciting! The way learning should be.
Each activity is of a reasonable length, no one got bored here!
Curriculum outcomes are provided on their website for you to download ready to transfer to your report if you’re homeschooling. Easy peasy!
Brilliant boxes are also a great addition to your child’s development even if they go to school.
It’s like Distance Education without the price tag and time limit, no pressure and you know it’s all there!

As a classroom teacher with over 16years of experience I often get asked by parents on how they can effectively support their children at home. The Sunshine Collective provides a comprehensive collection of activities that share a clear link between what students are learning at school and what they can revise at home. Workbooks offer little in comparison as they don’t allow students opportunities to work through and use problem solving skills, permitting them to learn through more creative means.
