Fun Free Printables!
At this time of year, a lot of school age kids are getting a bit tired and winding down from studies. In our household, as soon as the excitement of Halloween dress ups is over, the kids are completely focussed on Christmas. So, if our activities don’t involve paper chains or stars, they’re not that interested! There’s also no way I can compete with the longer daylight hours calling them outside to the trampoline. At least until the mozzies get too vicious.
However, my pre-schooler is now thinking about ‘big school’ and is getting more and more insistent on practising letters and numbers. So, attached below are a series of easy printables for younger kids. There are 4 activities for ‘pre-schoolers’ – typically 3 – 5 year olds, and another 4 activities for ‘young ones’, typically 5 – 6 year olds. Of course, every child is different, so these age ranges are a loose guide only.
